One just coached the IPL winners, what can the other do?
Our rural cuzzies from Nanjing have gone all 2.Oh on us and are reporting on their shenanigans on the world wide net.

There’s even some Basher love on there.
In other news, the SCC website has got some Basher juice into it again and is up and running like a website should.
With the social committee gone all international i guess it falls to me to let anyone who doesn’t already know that the second Bashers quiz has been booked in for the Camel this Saturday the 14th.
I guess it falls to me to also make up some questions for you.
New guys. suffice to say that this is something you don’t want to miss, Bashers quiz nights have a long, illustrious, largely mirky history.
Anyone welcome so get everyone you know involved.
Start cramming! Get your teams together or just turn up and muck in. Remember points at stake for the Trivia league.
When the social committee return from the beach they’ll fill in the blanks here.

If you’ve not seen any news beyond the world cup then you might not know about the recent earthquake in Christchurch. Look it up or at least know that plenty of cuzzies have been royally inconvenienced (using some classic kiwi understatement).
A long and growing list of good people from choice companies have fronted up with goods and services and we’re having a bit of a get together to help you help others all while basically having a top time. Kakadu again leading the way donating mountains of food for the barbie and sourcing plenty of booze and providing the venue.
ALL the money you give will go to the charities.
More news to come regarding raffle prizes as they accumulate. If you want to donate something as a prize then get in touch with Sir Dick. hadleigh.churchill@gmail.com.
In short: a sweet as afternoon out with some great food and choice company all with the added bonus of a warm fluffy afterglow.
Excuses? No.
