Here we go chaps, we are less than 2 weeks away from what will be a great weekend down in Nanjing.
The pitch is on its way already and I believe the cake making has started.
TOURISTS
Here is the list of confirmed people for the tour. Please confirm to me who will be travelling with you as non players
TRAIN
The plan is to meet at the station at 17:50 for the G62 which leaves Hongqaio Station at 18:42. Please tell me in the next day or so if this is too early for you.
To book the tickets I need to have passport copies of everyone coming. Please either scan or take a picture of your passport photo page so I can print it out and take with me when doing the tickets.
HOTEL
This year we will be staying at The Sheraton which is stumbling distance from Jimmy’s. The room Rate is 500rmb a night.
Please can you all get back to me in the next day to confirm if you want a Dbl or a Twin share.
So to repeate I need to know from each of you;
- Who you are bringing
- If you can make the train time above
- A copy of your passport
- Dbl or Twin share toom at the Sheraton
If you are not on the list below and want to come please try and confirm in the next day or so.

The date has been set for the 2013 Nanjing 6s. We have moved the event almost a month earlier to avoid the extreme heat we had last season.
The Bashers will be entering 2 teams again this year so please sign up in the comments if you are keen to make the trip to Nanjing.
There are currently no Bashers league games this weekend so all divisions should be free to come down.
It is always a great weekend so get on board the Bashers express to Nanjing.

good to go for the train - will probably stay at the outlaws' pad - the place might be vacant but need to confirm and if that's the case then will have room for another 2 if anyone's interested - only it's a bit of a hike from the ground
Tiny, Inky and Tinky will be there, probably just as the cheering squad after Tiny failed to totally avoid a throat ball from Newton on Sunday.
