If you don’t understand what a sweepstakes is: Everybody antes up a stake (100rmb) and gets drawn a horse (in this case a FIFA World Cup team) at random. The player with the winning team gets most of the cash in the pool. We’ll probably have some consolation allowance for semi-finalists and possibly some beer or something too.
If you still don’t understand, just do it.
