Xiamen – flights / hotel etc

Need to know the following for everyone.

flights: who needs a flight booked and at what time. Default assumption is that people will skive off work on friday afternoon. Evening flight is at 7.45pm. So let me know afternoon or evening and send me passport details. Assume we will all come back together sunday afterrnoon.
Hotel: two options within a couple of hundred metres of beach party. Asia Gulf Hotel has twins for RMB 600 a night on the beach in villas with four or five rooms to a villa. Across the road cheaper place for around RMB 180 a night. Rugby teams tend to stay at Asia Gulf as it has pool and god for families etc. Let me know preference.

A few other odds and sods:
1.games. Now the plan is to play 3 T20s in round robin. Typhoons have recruited over 25 players so there can now be 3 Teams.
2. Blimp. Typhoons have a bloody great big helium blimp that they fly above the stadium when they are “in residence”.
2. Away support. Typhoons take at least 20 supporters to their away games. Have challenged the Bashers to muster a vocal away support.
3. Mascot. Typhoons have some guy dressed up in a big infltable streak of lightning as their mascot. Have enquired If the Bashers will have a mascot for the mascot fight and race.
4. Polynesian dancers. Half time entertainment includes their Polynesian players doing a dance routine. Typhoons want to know if Bashers have any such cultural ritual.
5. Mei Hua. Those of you that were around a couple of years ago will remember Mei Hua who played in the social league. She is captaining the China team in the Asian Games and will be the Typhoons guest ringer if China are knocked out before the Gu Lang Yu event. Idea to his to help get some more press interest in this event.

The venue is a classic. The boat captain looks pissed all the time.

So get back to me on the flight and hotel etc and remember the Typhoons challenges regarding an away support, blimp and mascot. Once i get everyones preferences costs etc will be confirmed.
