Date is set for Nanjing Sixes 2011.
It’s on again fellas. The infamously rural Nanjing Sixes is back this year after a 2010 hiatus. New ground, more opponents and probably a slightly more tolerable temperature.
Games will be Sat 2nd and Sunday 3rd. Transport ideally the Friday night before and the Sunday return.
Anyone wishing to re-live or learn more about the 2010 Nanjing Sixes should see here. Be warned, it’s not pretty.
Expressions of interest required below for this year’s event of the rural calender. Bus/train/hotel info to come.
CONFIRMED FOR APRIL FOOLS DAY DEPARTURE. Return date subject to survival.

I'd be interested to experience the wonders of Nanjing, but I think I'll head up, get pissed and play some cricket instead.
What time are we gonna leave on Friday? I will be in Beijing till 24th but willing to hurry back for a "legendary" time in Nanjing!
The timing stinks, as I have non-cricketing guests arriving from the UK on the Friday. Fortunately - with Hammer organizing this - there is always the possibility of it being postponed...
sorry that's the weekend of the HK 7s...
definately in
Oh, March! Okay then, I'll do it! This weekend does coincide with the HK sevens and also WC quarter finals.
HOPEFULLY MOVED TO APRIL 1ST THROUGH 3RD PENDING CONFIRMATION OF SITE AVAILABILITY NEXT WEEK.
I'm in Chengdu from the 24-29th. 1st - 3rd of April is around a holiday I think as well...
Yeah April is better... April 5th is tomb sweeping festival.
well whenever it is,still in - that was a kick-ass weekend back in '09
Im in again , wont be making rural stumps this time though as the bastards stole them last time
I'm sure when the dates are firmed they will be changed in the calendar. I'm a go for April Fools and Watching the CWC Final at Jimmy's (expecting a good Bashers card discount of at least 3rmb though Jimmy).
Sorry Omega. we need all the kit we can get....Something for me to aim at..Can't get this bowling malarcy
uh oh, now it clashes with Breezer trophy and Santa Fe Sixes.
should have a pass. Count me in for the ruralness, cricket is optional
