Coca Cola Shanghai International Sixes 2008

This Year’s Tournament will be held in September from the 19th to the 21st. This 6’s is called the Coca Cola Shanghai Intl 6’s.

Now unfortunetly each team is only allowed 1 entry(8players) to play but that does not mean we cant attend the ball Dinner on the Saturday 20th Septemeber. The Dinner will be having a live band and our guest speakers will include BEEFY, LAMB, HEALY with still to be confirmed MERV HUGHES OR OMAR HENRY. This promises to be an awsome event.

 
Each Club has had to purchase 3 tables from the SCC for this evening and as promised, BCC will give each Payed team member a seat at the table. Currently without partners we can fill 2.5 tables with payed members, we have a lot more players yet to pay mebership so please get them in.
This is only being done by the Bashers Cricket club as all the other Club members are being forced to pay for themselves and there partners additionally.
 
Therefore Please confirm who will be able to make it to this event (I am only talking the dinner for now, the selection for the 6’s comes later). IF you intend to bring a partner, please remeber the ticket price is rmb1,000.
 
PLease kindly let Mr Andrew Scott know by return who in Bashers will attend and if you will have a partner joining so that we can arrange accordingly. We need this info bye tommorow as the club needs to put money down. 
 
PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU INDICATE YOU WILL HAVE A PARTNER COMMING, THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY WITHIN THIS MONTH FOR THEM SO THAT WE CAN ISSUE YOU YOUR TICKETS AND ORGINIZE OUR TABLES.

+++YOU CAN ALSO BOOK CORPORATE TABLES IF YOU WISH AT A COST OF RMB10,000 PER TABLE WITH NAMING RIGHTS AND ENTRY INTO A LUCKY DRAW FOR A 2 BALL ENTRY INTO THE COCA COLA GOLF DAY FOLLOWING THE TOURNAMENT WITH  BEEFY ++++ 
 
That means all you Bashers should look around to see which Aussie or Brit clients will pass up the opportunity to have a sit down with the greats….

Mention was made for Bashers Blazers to be made later this year. This will be done, we estimate at a cost of RMB200 per person(not that expensive). This will of course be reqired to be worn to evry match and gala dinner. Email to follow later for fittings.
