SCC AGM and Awards night

Heres a map for the venue tonight. Now theres no reason to get lost. Please can you confirm if you will be attending this fridays event. The other teams have confirmed good numbers so the Bashers need to ensure we are representing.

Bashers Leisure, 2012 Champions

My own memory of the day is a little hazy, however, as I cannot recall anyone appointed as Lumberjack and there are far too many overdue reports already this season, I will upload this brief account of the days play. Fortunately, I have 57 minutes of video of the day to provide a visual record of the day thanks to Garbo's filming efforts!

Bashers Leisure 2012 SCC Division 3 Champions

Well done to the Leisure team for bringing home the trophy in yesterdays final. A great performance all round. Bad luck to the business who made a great game of it with the ball.

SCC Pirates vs Lamma CC

Since I missed most of the actual game in the video, it is necessary to record some of the events of the day. I arrived at 11am as the token 3rd Division player selected - still something of a mystery to me too! The SCC shirt was provided, complete with dashing SCC-red stripes on the sides, and offering an interesting colour combination with the Bashers CC trousers and cap (marginally better than the Korean's flaming orange hat). The Bashers CC were represented by the "Inquisition", "Tank", and myself - plus we provided the scorer and umpire!

Dragons vs Japanese Men’s National Side

Guys Match will be against the Japanese Men's National team. This will be against a serious team, as we will be Japan's last warm-up match befoe they depart for the Men's World Cricket League tournament in Samoa from September 9-23.

Squads for SCC matches vs Lamma CC

Please find below the two squads for this weekends matches. Let's get as many guys as possible to come to either/both the Friday night welcome drinks at the Big Bamboo (Nanyang) and the Presentation Dinner at the Camel Saturday night as well as the two matches. We'll have a total of 7 Bashers representing the SCC over this weekend so let's get out and support them!

SCC Dragons / Pirates selection for the Breezer Trophy Squad

Coming up later this month the SCC have their first competitive fixture of the year against Lamma CC from Hong Kong for the Breezer Trophy.
