Junior Coaching Starts May 25th
If anyone wants to get their kids involved in cricket, coaching starts at SRFC this Sunday from 10am to 11.30.

This year SCC will be running a junior cricket programme at SRFC for school-aged players. At this stage the final details are still being worked out, but it is likely that initially there will be sessions run in and next to the nets on Sunday mornings, starting sometime in May. There is also likely to be a small fee charged to those who participate to cover the costs of coaches and equipment.

Any Bashers interested in joining the Hot Dogs Tour to Malaysia?
The Hot Dogs are going to Malaysia over Chinese New Year for a tour with 3 matches, including a day-night game at an international stadium. They only have 9 players booked in at the moment, so any Bashers interested in joining should contact Andy Steel at msg4andy@yahoo.co.uk asap.

The first SCC Newsletter of the modern era was emailed out to 256 signed up SCC members over the weekend. But after talking to a few Bashers at training last night - some of you may not have been on the email list. The aim of the newsletter is to bring the SCC together as a club, and it will have useful information about events, tours, match reports, etc.
