A bright morning for the 4th Business game of the season against the lottery that is K2 Leopards cricket. By popular demand the team arrived nice and early at the SRFC for their afternoon match. Shandy took some fielding drills will other prepared by joining the Dragons net session.

Bashers Business vs Hot Dogs, April 30th Lumberjack

The Business rustled together an eleven for their Tuesday afternoon re-match with Doggies, hoping to banish their abysmal batting performance from the first game of the season against the Doggies.

Pleasure vs SCA NForcers, 30 April 2013

Rain was forecast, and light rain was falling when the Pleasure team assembled at the locked Camel at 7am. Sinbad managed to call Steve, who arrived soon after to allow us to get the kitbag. The Leisure was admirably represented by Dags (and Coco), Woodstock, Shitshoes, and Spanner, but somehow, despite Woodstock’s inclusion in the playing eleven, there were no pies… or beers on the bus!

Business vs Daredevils, April 21st Lumberjack

Sunday morning, April 21st versus reigning Division 1 champions Daredevils CC post- Bashers on a Boat was always going to be a challenge for the Business. Fortunately the captain had planned for Sinbad's inevitable no show and named a squad of 12. The day was bright(ish) but slightly chilly as the Business arrived at the ground. Filthy lost the toss but got the desired result, the Business in the field to begin.

Pleasure Lumberjack: Pudong v Bashers, April 14

The 2013 Pleasure Campaign began in the early dawn hours on Sunday. The team assembled at the Camel, Korean making sure to see if Long Dong had done everything that was needed to prepare for the game. “I’m the captain on the field, I’ve got to concentrate on strategy,” was his response.

Bashers club captain lifts first silverware of the year!

Yesterday at the Nforce arena a number of Bashers took part in the Indoor Cricket World Cup. 5 teams from around the world competed over a 4 game round robin to see who would walk away with the silverware.
