SCC Pirates vs Jiankang
The Pirates XI slowly assembled on a sunny, but breezy, Saturday afternoon at the artificial Jiankang University field. Late changes on Friday night led to six Bashers in the side: Shitshoes (c), Swiper, Paps, Bambi, Skid Row, and Pussy.
SCC Pirates vs Jiaozhi
The morning began gloomily, and as 11 Pirates (with no fewer than 7 Bashers: Shit Shoes (c), Swiper, Skid Row, Benched, Paps, Bread and Pope) arrived at the various fields at Jiankang University for the supposed 9am start. The trouble was the opposition was training a two hour bus ride away, and the schedule had changed the game to 2pm... great work skipper!
2017 T20 Teams
All games on Sundays as per current fixtures. Looks like both semi-finals and final will be on same day (November 19).
Pirates vs HKCC Report
HKCC beat Pirates in an Exciting Finish
The Pirates match against HKCC drew an overwhelming response of players available for the fixture, so the Pirates squad swelled to 13 players, including Bashers: Shit Shoes (c), Bambi, Swiper, Long Dong, Paps, and future Basher, Joshua Williams.

Pirates vs Shangzhen
The Pirates opened their campaign in the SCA T20 League with a loss to Shangzhen (Shanghai University of Political Science and Law) on the weekend. New Pirates skipper, Shitshoes, lost the toss and was asked to bat first on a hot summers morning at Tongji University.

This is a historic weekend for the Shanghai Cricket Club, as one of our representative teams, the Pirates, plays its first match in the new SCA T20 League this year.

Bashers Wide Brim Hats
The wide brim hats are ordered and will arrive in time for drinks on the 25th May - just in time for the tour to Nanjing! These sold out in one boozy fines session at the Camel (and some bought them without realizing – cheers Fruitbox), so don't miss out! The hats will sell for 80rmb each and that's a real bargain.
