Get off the Couch – First 2014 Training
It’s a bit of a well kept secret at the moment but rumours have started to surface of the outdoor season starting very soon. Shocking isn’t it?
So time to have a bit of a stretch and get down to training. Not much has changed as far as the venue and time.
For those who follow the Loose training method, your schedule started about a onto ago with the Camel hosting the strategy session as usual afterwards.
A perfect opportunity to invite someone from the office down for a bit of a peek at the Bashers lifestyle.

Been some very average turn outs at the camel thus far this year, so calling on all Bashers to get your arse down there this week to really get things kick started in 2014.
