1. 3 overs maximum per bowler
2. 8 balls maximum per over, with 2 penalty runs for bowling more than 2 extras
3. 12 a side (11 in the field at any time) with all 12 able to bowl and 11 able to bat
4. Team boat race for the toss
5. Compulsory post match fines session
