SCC Dragons / Pirates selection for the Breezer Trophy Squad
Coming up later this month the SCC have their first competitive fixture of the year against Lamma CC from Hong Kong for the Breezer Trophy.
It will consist of a Dragons match on the Saturday and a Pirates match on the Sunday (details below).
Please can you post availability for either/both the Dragons and Pirates squads before June 10th.
The final squads will be announced on Tuesday, July 17th via shanghaicricket.com
Breezer Trophy Weekend

- Friday, July 20th
Evening: Â Welcome drinks at Big Bamboo
- Saturday, July 21st
10.15 am : Breezer Challenge, 50 overs match with SCC Dragons at SRFC

Evening: Presentation Dinner inter-club social mixer
- Sunday, July 22nd
10.30 am : Social 20 over match with SCC Pirates at SRFC
For those that don’t the Dragons and Pirates are SCC select teams.
Dragons: The best team of players available that meet selection criteria. Players picked on past Dragons performances, SCC trial form and league form in that order of weight.
Pirates: A squad that is representative of a cross section of the league that includes players from each club and division (where possible). To be picked for the Pirates is a reward for those that have given their time and efforts to the SCC.
To be eligible for the Dragons/Pirates you must have
a) played for the Dragons/Pirates in the past and have a currently paid up membership to one of the member clubs
OR
b) played in the SCC League within the previous 12 months
