6pm – 8pm: Training at the Tennis Courts
8pm – late: Bashers Drinks & Hustler’s Farewell
Thursday training and drinks night are back on again this week! It can’t be as cold as last Thursday – so get down to the tennis courts for a bat / bowl / run around. The season is fast approaching and every bit of training will help all the teams get ready!
We’ve also got to farewell Hustler appropriately – he is heading back to Wellywood soon after a couple of years playing for Pleasure and Leisure. No Basher present could forget his debut, when he tried a few deliveries of spin and got mauled by the batsmen, only to change up to pace and get an impressive 3-fer! And that’s just the beginning of the “Hustler” story…

You will be missed Hustler, I'm sorry I can't be around to see you off. With all these Kiwis departing for home, maybe it's time to think about organizing a Bashers tour of New Zealand.
there for training from 7pm and also for Hustler's farewell...sorry mate - business tripping now... all the best for the move back to NZ!Since i got cut short last week for the President's birthday (although judging by the photos i've seen, just as well) reckon i deserve a proper night off the leash this week.
