To all our friends at the Bashers
Another year has flown by and 2010 has seen us share many an on-field rivalry, spat, controversy and (most importantly) many laughs again. Now that the season is nearly over it may be a long time before we can all get together as cricketers again. So whether you support the Devils or Dogs on Sunday it would be a fantastic sight to see a swarm of “blues” at the ground making merry the way we know you Bashers can.
A few of us came down last year to watch you storm home with the trophy against K2 and it genuinely was a great day out, so if anyone is keen it would be great to see you all before we all go indoors for a few months.
Hope to see some of you there and yes, I know I know … I now await a barrage of comments for having the audacity to actually post something this fine institution’s blog.

Weather permitting - I will head down - if there is sufficient interest from others, we could share cabs (or Cranky could come and pick us up) from the Camel?
i'd be up for it i think, time dependent. Gravity please advise... will we be in halloween costumes? The fact that it's halloween seems to favour the Devils. hopefully it's a bit warmer than last year. Bashers, please have a crack at the poll so we know who to support.
Schedule start of play is 11:30AM. No rain forecatsed and its supposed to be 18 degrees and sunny so come in your speedo's!

Nike Newton. Your posting is to be praised for raising our awareness for the SCC Division 1 final, HOWEVER: you have some balls posting on our blog! It seems that Cassius and Angrygula are not the only wannabe Bashers to be plying their trade for a franchise
I might bust out my Lycra again and pedal out. Depending on my busy schedule of wine consumption and haircuts/massages.
BASHERS win!!!- in my mind at least... I think I'll come out and have a couple of beers...(since Cranky is providing transport-LOL!) Any chance we can watch the final with the players dressed as Devils and Weiners??? I mean Devils and Hot "Dogs"???
I will play the Taxi game Sunday, I have room for 5 people only. 10:30 meet at Camel.
Game starts at 12 at SRFC. Div 2 Final is also on Sunday at Dulwich also scheduled to start at 12. I don't know when the D3 Final is being played.
