Japan – Bashers Invited to Mt Fuji
For reasons I never quite understood the power brokers of cricket in Shanghai have turned their backs on our friends in Japan for a few seasons now. There was a time when the Japanese girls used to light up the cricket calender here and a Miyaji san inspired White Knights Sixes team swept all before them allowing BadaBing to keep the last Intl sixes trophy. Four years ago a Bashers laden Shanghai team enjoyed a great tour to Japan where we were fortunate to witness one of crickets great spectacles.....a zen fueled Woodstock steaming in from the Mt Fuji end.

Here are the confirmed players so far. We are down for 2 teams for this weekend so please add your final commitment today if you want to come. There are now no league or SCC games on the following Sunday so no need for anyone to rush back to Shanghai. Its a great weekend. Please confirm below before tomorrow morning if you are going to come. The Nanjing guys put in a lot of effort to come up this last weekend so we need do the same.

Xiamen 666’s team selection
The tournament of the year is almost on us!
All touring plays need to be at the Camel next Wednesday 26th at 19:00 for the team selection. For this competition we have the COKE Bashers and the KOOKA Bashers representing.

The touring party from the Bashers, Pudong Power and Nanjing Disco Ducks stands at 57 currently so we are defiantly going to make an impact!
SCC Tour to Hong Kong
The SCC Dragons and Pirates are due to tour to HK on 3-4th September to play the Centaurs.
50 overs Opium Bowl match scheduled for Saturday, and a 20/20s game for Sunday morning.
HKCC Tour
Hong Kong Cricket Club confirmed to play SCC at SRFC on weekend of 19-21 August, 2011.
The SCC Dragons will play the 50 overs Bokhara Bell Match at 10.30 on Saturday (near ground), and on Sunday the SCC Pirates will play a 20/20 at 10.00am.
Bangkok Int Cricket Sixes
This years Chaophya Park Hotel Thailand (Bangkok) International Cricket Sixes Tournament 2011 will be held at the "Harrow International School" in Bangkok, from Friday the 21st of October until Sunday the 23rd of October 2011.
HK Int Cricket Sixes
Hong Kong International Cricket Festival 2011 - Cricket Sixes Tournament will be held at the "Kai Tak Cricket Ground" in Hong Kong from Friday the 25th of November until Sunday the 27th of November 2011.
