2nd XI Hands Up!

Pleasure Team for Sunday 12th of May

The Pleasure team to take on the Digital Devils, and try to continue the Bashers' recent winning ways, is:

Pleasure vs SCA NForcers, 30 April 2013

Rain was forecast, and light rain was falling when the Pleasure team assembled at the locked Camel at 7am. Sinbad managed to call Steve, who arrived soon after to allow us to get the kitbag. The Leisure was admirably represented by Dags (and Coco), Woodstock, Shitshoes, and Spanner, but somehow, despite Woodstock’s inclusion in the playing eleven, there were no pies… or beers on the bus!

Business and Pleasure Teams for Tuesday April 30

The Pleasure team to meet at the Camel at 7.15, or be at SRFC by 8am  is: Desmond "Long Dong" DeSilva

Pleasure Lumberjack: Pudong v Bashers, April 14

The 2013 Pleasure Campaign began in the early dawn hours on Sunday. The team assembled at the Camel, Korean making sure to see if Long Dong had done everything that was needed to prepare for the game. “I’m the captain on the field, I’ve got to concentrate on strategy,” was his response.

Gaelic Football – Fun & Games on the 9th March

Hi boys, There's an event coming up on March 9th at the SRFC from 1pm which I thought, as footballers,  you'd enjoy taking part in. It's organised by Shanghai Gaelic Football Club and the idea is that people who have never played Gaelic Football before form a team and join in a tournament made up mainly of men and women who have no idea what the sport is about! In each squad of 12, we'll make sure there are 3 experienced players (e.g. Chris Meehan!) Teams will not be mixed so yours would be an all lads team. You lot should be quick to pick it up being top-quality footballers and all that ;-) You are, of course, welcome to come to a few training sessions beforehand if you want to become familiar with the sport before the event. (Certainly not obligatory!)
1st XI 2nd XI
