Teams for Sunday – Bashers Family Day 2012
Latex is out of town spreading the Bashers love/brand, so it falls to me to announce the teams for this weekend's massive triple header/family day. Don't forget to bring along anyone you can persuade that cricket is fun to watch, or anyone who loves you enough to pretend that they enjoy it.

As you all know we have 3 big games this weekend (If we win would it be a new BASHERS DAY???) and they will all be at the SRFC.

I don’t think there’ll ever be a Sunday start like this one. The camel looked decidedly normal from the outside but the sight of SinBad, stickered cap on pointing the way, swaying in the darkness like some dancing bear on steroids was enough to send any ultimate party animal into hysterics.

Triple Header? What triple header? Looking forward to the coming weekends games let me know if you are avalible. With a few faces bowing out for the summer there will be a few open spots for some returning faces.

Bashers Leisure vs The Hot Dogs – Sun 17 June – Tumbling Records?
On gathering at the Camel in the early hours, a comatose Mexican reveler slumped at the bar showed us the way forward. An uneventful bus ride later, we gather by the pitch under looming clouds. Captain informs us the oppo are practicing in the nets, sending a flutter of apprehension through our minds. Leisure is a team, lest we forget, in which donning spikes as footwear is considered "intimidating", not to mention bothering to practice beforehand.
