Nostredamean Bashers

Something odd has been happening all season. I've had my eye on it but now that the official official league results are out i have to say something. The Bashers keep getting it right!

D2 1st v Rest

Quickly now. Devils have finished top in the Santa Fe Premiership gaining them a ticket to the final. In the meantime they get a warm up game against the teams not making the post-season. This is a combined side from various clubs. A good opportunity for a last blat on the pitch. The Pleasure have been offered three places in this side to be captained by Greg Dean. Please advise if you're keen.

Coca-Cola Sixes Fond Memory Losses

Epic! The Bashers did represent over the weekend, well done fellas. Newest Basher Danny "Saint" Morrison proved he is a worthy Basher. A lot of stuff happened, much no doubt forgotten and quite a bit probably best forgotten.

Superhuman Bashers

Just an update on the last quiz where we saved the planet. The Million Tree Project has uploaded some pictures of Good Bashers to their website in the Forest of Superhumans section.

Sixes Draw

The draw is on it's way out. Here's a sneak preview. This years tournament has 16 teams in the main sixes draw - divided into four groups. After two days cricket those 16 sides are split into Cup, Plate, Bowl and Spoon sections for the finals on Sunday.

Buy Smoothies and Save the World

Just because we can't get enough of the green bug i'll pass on this good news from our friends the Million Tree Project. It's yet another no lose situation.

K2CCC v Bashers Pleasure @ SRFC 09:00 Sunday 18 October Possibly the last Pleasure match for the regular season... all aboard!

Champions Trophy Final

A piece of scheduling even the anti-basher would be proud of. Genius of the ICC to have the final of this comp played on a Monday during a holiday in China so we can all get down to the boo and watch. I reckon since it's the middle of the night down under and India & Pakistan  are not in it, it's too cold in England to think about cricket and the West Indies don't actually bother with it at all anymore that if there's enough Bashers in town we'll make up about half the worldwide viewing audience.

Police Report: Million Tree Quiz

Well that's not the kind of controversial ending we expected but exciting it was. Most importantly we made a whole bunch of cash for the Million Tree Project - enough to plant 250 trees!
