AGM DINNER AND COMMITTEE ELECTIONS<\/div>\n

Dear Bashers, that time is again soon approaching fast where the<\/div>\n
end of the season dinner\u00c2\u00a0is almost upon us and a time where we<\/div>\n
as club come together to decide our future.<\/div>\n
The date is chosen as it coincides a week after the Xiamen tour<\/div>\n
and a week before the\u00c2\u00a0Hong Kong Cricket 6’s tour which is our<\/div>\n
last club event for the season.<\/div>\n
As always the club will have the first 30\/45 minutes of club<\/div>\n
stuff like financial\u00c2\u00a0standing, Bashers progress on how we have<\/div>\n
grown and what we have achieved for\u00c2\u00a02010, the future of the<\/div>\n
club (SCC\/SRFC issue) and of course \u00c2\u00a0the new club Committee<\/div>\n
to be voted in.<\/div>\n
The non official awards then to follow\u00c2\u00a0regarding each players’<\/div>\n
antics for the season and then party till dawn….<\/div>\n
So for now 2 things are required from you members:<\/div>\n
1) \u00c2\u00a0please confirm that you as a member will be in<\/div>\n
attendance with or without partner<\/div>\n
2) \u00c2\u00a0please think about who you feel best reprsents you in the<\/div>\n
club in the role of\u00c2\u00a0Committee member or other exective<\/div>\n
roles. If already in position, renominate them\u00c2\u00a0otherwise<\/div>\n
before nominating someone else get that persons<\/div>\n
agreement first to run.<\/div>\n
Saves time knowning that those nominated are prepared<\/div>\n
for the role.<\/div>\n
The venue has yet to be confirmed or decided but the<\/div>\n
general format for the night has\u00c2\u00a0been agreed that a buffet<\/div>\n
will be layed out and that all members upon arrival with their<\/div>\n
partners should they bring them (you are encouraged to do<\/div>\n
so) do not have to wait a\u00c2\u00a0lengthy time prior to eating and<\/div>\n
drinking.<\/div>\n

Treasurer \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0: David Rosenthal<\/div>\n
Club Captain \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0: Phil Mildenhall<\/div>\n
Social Director : Hadleigh Churchill<\/div>\n
Captain Div 1 \u00c2\u00a0 : Oliver Austin<\/div>\n
Captain Div 2 \u00c2\u00a0 : James Mcleod<\/div>\n
Captain Div 3 \u00c2\u00a0 : Dean Lapthorne<\/div>\n
Therefore please have a think about who you want that<\/div>\n
will best run the club.<\/div>\n
