The AGM is will be a combined dinner and dance for the players,\u00c2\u00a0wives, children, and friends.<span>\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The tentative schedule for events is for the evening to run as follows:\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Date: Saturday Evening &#8211; March 7th, 2009\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AGM Meeting \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 18:00-19:00\u00c2\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Awards Dinner &amp; Free Flow Drinks\u00c2\u00a0 19:30-22:00\u00c2\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Dancing &amp; Cash Bar 22:00-24:00\u00c2\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Venue: Ramada Plaza, Ballroom I+II+III\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 3rd floor<span>\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>During the AGM, no booze will be served while the non-members (ladies, kids and other\u00c2\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong>guests) can socialize in the lobby until 7pm.<\/strong><span>\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Package Arrangements: <strong><em>RMB 350 net per person\u00c2\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-One buffet dinner including coke, sprite, local beer, local red &amp; white wines for 3 hrs (7-10pm)<span>\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>All clubs are encouraged to attend as prizes will be given to best bowler\/batsmen\/fielder in their\u00c2\u00a0respective categories to name a few. Each respective Club Captain\/President\/Chairman who is\u00c2\u00a0the elected person of their club to arrange such matters is asked to please advise all their\u00c2\u00a0members of this date and the importance of attending.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Each Club is required to advise the Club Secretary (Denzyl Allwright) no later than February\u00c2\u00a020th on amount of players each club is putting forward. We would like a minimum of 30 people\u00c2\u00a0per club to attend (that includes wives and partners etc.) therefore it should not be too difficult.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Again we need to stress the importance of this event. This is where recognition of\u00c2\u00a0achievements, voting and all your questions are answered about where we as a club are going.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Most of all its also a great way for us to re-cap in a great 2008 and all kick-off 2009 together. So\u00c2\u00a0please encourage all your respective members to attend.
