It is with heavy bat that my first post is of our departure. Mrs Dazzler, Mini Dazzler and myself are heading back to NZ to live permanently as well. Blame Shanghai’s weather.\u00a0 No date is set at this stage but it’s likely to be in the next few months, once we have released our apartment.\u00a0 Thus your help is needed.<\/p>\n
We are helping our landlord re-tenant our apartment, \u00a0monthly rent is 11,000rmb \/120ft\u00b2.\u00a0<\/span>The apartment is spacious, well laid out, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, located on Huashan Road, (off the end of Changle road, where the two meet). The apartment is set-back off the road so very quiet. Main bedrooms are large, plus a large single, combined lounge and dining, nice bathroom with shower over bath, 2nd toilet. Kitchen is decent. Easy to heat as living areas are carpeted.\u00a0We are leaving good quality linens, crockery, pots and pans, lamps, heaters, kitchen appliances and utensils etc etc as we will not be shipping them home.<\/p>\n A 30 sec walk down the driveway to a newly refurbished and well-stocked Lian Hua supermarket and 2 min walk to AnFu Lu, Pines supermarket, along with eateries and other brunch spots in the area.<\/p>\n 24 hour security – guards are sited at both the main gate and building entrance-way.<\/p>\n So if you’re in the market for a new place\u00a0please call Mrs Dazzler (Ali) on 137 7424 5544 between 9am and 5pm every day. \u00a0We’d be happy to show you through.<\/p>\n Cheers<\/p>\n Dazzler<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It is with heavy bat that my first post is of our departure.
