Christchurch Earthquake Appeal Welcome to China’s first ever New Zealand “Kiwi Ball”. In response to the terrible earthquake and continued suffering in our city of Christchurch, KEA, the New Zealand community and our many friends in China wish to invite you to a premier event which will directly benefit the families of victims and a community in real trauma.

If you've not seen any news beyond the world cup then you might not know about the recent earthquake in Christchurch. Look it up or at least know that plenty of cuzzies have been royally inconvenienced (using some classic kiwi understatement).
