I know I said I wouldn’t spam you any more about my fitness challenge thing but there is one more bit of support you can show and it will only take a minute and needs to be done before tomorrow night!

I stripped down to my jocks and managed to win the Mr Amazing Shanghai title a few weeks ago (without a single Basher turning up I might add 🙂 and now am in the running for the WHS China National Champion title.
