It is now officially official.
Bashers Business finished second in the league, behing K2.
This Sunday is the League 1 SemiFinal which will see us take on our friends the Devils.
It is an early start – 08:30 at the SRFC.

Gents,
Am sitting in the office feeling like a broken man – what an epic weekend…

Sunday sees the Business Team take on the might of Pudong . The game is scheduled for 12:00 at the SRFC.

Unofficially (not all results have been entered into SportsVault yet) , victory here could see us finish the season in top spot – which would take us straight through to the final, and would secure us the title of  ‘most successful Basher Team ever’….

Our friends at Santa fe have invited the Bashers to their annual golf day at Tianma Country Club next Wednesday .

Cost is RMB 1000 which includes green fees , busses there and back as well as lunch , dinner and feers all day .

The Big Bamboo have invited the Bashers to join in on their 1st Annual Golf Day , at Tianma Golf Club on October 16 .

Delayed announcement for the weekends selections – apologies, but we are now there…

Two games – both taking place at Dulwich this weekend (so proper cricket on a ‘proper’ track…)
First game is tomorrow (Saturday 12th Sept) when we see the Pleasure Team take on Pudong Power.

Game starts at 13:00 – so be at the Bamboo by 11:30.
Owing to Pornstar Xiansheng being a money grabbing so and so – we currently have no bus – so taxis will be shared to get to the ground

As the title to the post suggests – three things to highlight… (I am not clever enought to insert links though):

1) Training – Fingers crossed the weather will hold, and for the first time in around a month, we will be able to get some solid practice in.
Nets are booked for Thursday – same time, same place (6-8pm, SanHeHuaYuan) – be there to get our eyes in for an important weekends practice. Lets all try and make it down

2) Pub Crawl – Further to Loosey’s post – there is an epic game of Pub Golf that will be taking place on Friday from 18:30. Let Deano know who is locked in – 18 holes to be played around 6 of Shanghai’s most scenic ‘courses’ – you know you want to…

3) Double Header Sunday – still spaces up for grabs – please let us  know your availability  for the double header (more info to follow)
