    Champions Trophy Final

    tasman-loveA piece of scheduling even the anti-basher would be proud of. Genius of the ICC to have the final of this comp played on a Monday during a holiday in China so we can all get down to the boo and watch. I reckon since it’s the middle of the night down under and India & Pakistan  are not in it, it’s too cold in England to think about cricket and the West Indies don’t actually bother with it at all anymore that if there’s enough Bashers in town we’ll make up about half the worldwide viewing audience.

    Australia v New Zealand. Game Starts 8:30pm

    Big Bamboo Golf Day 16th October

    The Big Bamboo have invited the Bashers to join in on their 1st Annual Golf Day , at Tianma Golf Club on October 16 .

    We hope to put together at least one or Two 4 Ball teams .

    Drinks Break Thursday

    As usual a great meeting of the minds will be taking place Thursday evening. Meanwhile at the Big Bamboo will be Bashers drinks. A nice early start this week due to no nets. Undoubtedly many good times will be had and forgotten. The president’s Father is even rumoured to be making an appearance! Don’t forget your Bashers loyalty card and it wouldn’t hurt to have you home address written out somewhere too.
