WHEN: Bashers have been given special dispensation to move our games to Sat/Sun – so we will be playing the first match on Saturday morning, so we need at least 6 players to arrive on Friday night
COSTS: 300rmb per player (the Club is subsidizing more than half the team fees – but this is triple the cost of Nanjing)
HOTELS: Availability is tight – so we need to know preferences ASAP – but twin / single rooms in “studio” apartments are available for 340rmb
WHAT TO DO: We need 8 COMMITTED players (not just interested) by this weekend or else we will not participate in this tour so post your commitment and room preference below or contact Pope directly

The Chander Oberoi Cup
Beijing Sixes will be played from 2pm on the Friday of June 20 through to Sunday June 22. So all those keen post below and we’ll see if we can send up a squad of 8. We contested the final last year – so it’d be great to improve on that this year! The accommodation is based in Shuangjing not Lido this year – costs coming soon.
For new Bashers this year – all Bashers are eligible to go on the tours – you pay accommodation and transport and the club covers part of the team entry fees (around 625rmb per player – the club will subsidize the first part of the team costs, but there will still need to be some contribution from the tourists).
We need at least 8 committed to the tour before the club confirms our place in the tournament. So make yourself available below before this weekend (25th May), so we know if we’re sending a team.

I have a client in town during the week, but should be able to get away on the Friday night. Put me down as a probably please. Need to close the deal and win this year.

I will go up with the rest of the Basher's kitty left over from GZ 6s. Probably just the Saturday night. Unfortunately its a 'working' weekend for me, students finish exams on Friday, I need to grade them by Monday, and not giving them a shortcut exam.....
I can arrive Friday night and available for Saturday and Sunday.
