Ladies and Gents of The Bashers! Just letting you all know the “Spondee’s” are performing live this Thursday at The Camel from 9 – 11pm.

Pumping out all your pub favourites.

The Camel Birthday Bash!

Lets make sure that we show our appreciation for the boys and girls at The Camel this week. Firstly lets start by having a good showing this Thursday after training and then on Friday get down there for whenever you want to get stuck into the ALL DAY HAPPY HOUR and a load more great stuff!

Its not ‘Just Beer’! Its a whole lot more!

As we fast approach the start of the new season our wonderful sponsors are gearing up for an onslaught of Bashers related activity.

First out of the blocks are our good friends at Just Beer. Not only are they committing to getting us lubricated on each and every match day so we can hit our peak just in time for the coach to arrive back at The Camel but this season they are offering us a way to drink more for less and give back to the club at the same time. Everyones a winner!

All club members will receive a discount on their personal home delivery beers as well as build further credit for the club.

For an order of 2 or more home delivery cases of any ‘Just Beer’ beers you will receive 24 rmb per case off from the price listed on the ‘Just Beer’ website. Further to this an additional 24 rmb per case will be credited to a Bashers Club account!

Have they gone mad? This sounds like a challenge! So, go hard get amongst it while sat at home when not out drinking the wonderful ‘Just Beer’ beer at the wonderful Camel.

You need to have your 2011 membership card number to take advantage of this so make sure you get your fees paid and get your card so you can make the most of this and many other great offers that we will have coming our way this season. We are the club that keeps on giving.

Marathon Fundraiser: Donate Now

A big well done to Sinbad who miraculously  managed to loose 4kg between weigh-ins. Although I think the absence of the earnings and bling necklace had something to do with it.

So far the Marathon participants  have donated hours of time on the streets of Shanghai over the past few months.

Last night their financial pledges took the total raised to RMB 5,000.

So far donations have been pledged to each runner finishing the race.

Roots and Shoots – Jane Gala a Success

The Friends of the Jane Gala held on Sunday the 26th September at the JW Marriott proved a huge success as charity was able able to reach their target of rmb500,000 for the night with the Bashers members contributing almost rmb30,000 on the night to this. Well done guys!!!

The night saw many people from the who’s who attending but none looked as sharply dressed as the men in Blue from the Bashers Cricket Club. From being welcomed in with no need for tickets to be shown on arrival, given a table in the front of the stage in the centre, to being named during the opening speeches along with the major contributors of the charity. People knew who we were by the end of the evening.

The Bashers members held their heads up high for as long as they could after wooshing down copious amounts of booze
and ensuring the smokers corner was occupied at all times.

Again a big thank you goes out to all those who attended that evening and representing. A big thank you also goes out to all the other Bashers who being unable to attend for whatever reasons that have and continue to contribute to this great cause.

Friends of Jane Gala

Our official charity the Million Tree Project is having their Big Gala.
