The last time this occurred was in Xiamen 2 years back. More of a tug than boat though!
As social director and resident health and safety advisor my initial assessment of putting you all a boat with free flow of booze and 3 superninja DJs pumping hot tunes down the Huangpu is not at all positive. I have however been reassured by the committee that, although we are in China, you can all at least doggy paddle and stay afloat once overboard.
