Friday the 22nd at Brix… Pitstops b”day and The Dogs leaving…

Hey guys, just inviting everyone down to Brix bar on the Bund, the venue I've been playing at for last few months... This weekend is our last, and Pitstop is having his birthday drinks there, so everyone is invited to come down and have a few drinks (also last opportunity to give me shit about my batting/bowling average this year). The band is half Aussie, and we play a pretty big variety of stuff so everyone is sure to be happy, if not then you're sure to be happy with the fact that you can pour you own beers at the table... The address is 22 Zhongshan Dong Er Lu, near Jin Ling Lu, level 5 in the big red brick building... Love to see you guys there, and Pitstop has agreed to get up and sing a song... Kickoff is around 9.30, should be finished by 1am

Business Vs K2 17th July Lumberjack Report

Sunday morning held the promise of great cricket in the air. The Biz team were facing K2 for the 3rd time this season and both going into the game 1 game a piece, it promised to be tough and exciting. The morning started of optimistically with Sinbad being uncharacteristically on time for the bus and Dazzler deciding to keep the bus waiting 7 minutes, prompting the skipper to want to leave without out him. What a great call on the skipper's part to instead wait as Dazzler would live up to his name and go on to score 107 RUNS, making him the 2nd person only in Bashers history to score a ton.

Thursday Training

Training is on (weather permitting) at 123 Yanping Road, San He Hua Yuan from 6pm to 8pm. Triple header this weekend so expect a good turn out. Plenty of competition for places so training is a must.

Saturday Friendly Canceled

A Saturday (July 23rd) morning friendly against a combination Hot Dogs team has been mooted, approved and organized. Anyone from the Club wishing to play please register your interest below.

BREAKING NEWS from SmartShanghai Â Dragon Club is Slayed My friends, you might want to be sitting down for this. 'Tis a crushing blow for decency and morality everywhere. Dragon Club, after hours club of myth and fable, will be closing its doors permanently at the end of this month. Apparently, the restaurant portion of that enterprise, Colabo will be asuming the space, and just like that, with a puff of sulfur smoke, Dragon Club will cease to exist.
