With the abandonment of the Nanjing tour we have an opportunity to play a warm up match. We need expressions of interest to play on Sunday, March 21st. Let me know what times you are available that day and we’ll organise a match with squads from within the club.
The time and location of the match is yet to be confirmed.

I don’t have my new pants yet . can I wear my old pants ? if its too cold can I just watch . will we use real balls . i haven’t oiled my bat for a while . will there be a bus ? Will there be food and drink at the ground ? do we have to go to the Camel after? I’m still not sure .

If its too cold then I have a stong feeling I will be coming one dick short, only time will tell.
I think i’ll be one shit short. Mrs Birdy needs a bit more notice for a major event like family day – she needs to plan her wardrobe.

I’m in. Bit of an injury cloud. Can Omega run for me? If I’d been to practice I’d know whether I can still bowl. Or run. Or walk further than the ciggy shop.
Weather permitting, The Rock, Mrs.Rock and the two stones would love to be there. Wonder if there will be something for the kids to keep them amused and interested in what Bashers will do on the field.
While I open the innnings, I expect Omega to run for me!!
While he’s got the pads on, he can run for me too! I’d like a cold beer as well while he’s out and about.
My Mrs also said she’s in. Really depends on 1) How many wines are drank tonight 2) Weather forecast 3) Her general mood with yours truly [which hasn't been the greatest of late].
