Thanks Sheyan, obviously my time “guiding” the team was pretty unmemorable (skipper 2006 and 2007!) and i am sure we had a win or two somewhere! (Neal W and proof?). Thankfully things have clearly improved in the Basher’s camp. Well done boys.

Finally the news has filtered through to Singapore!

F**k me the Bashers did it!!!! Congratulations lads, the league title goes into the trophy cabinet (you’ll have to get one of those made).

Seems alot has changed since the days of my captaincy which will no doubt be entered into the chapter titled ‘The Bashers dark days’. Although i like to think we were building a foundation for just this moment.

Would love to be in Shanghai right now telling Tsesmelis/Newton/Sanjay exactly what we’ve all been wanting to say for sometime…….Go F**k yourselves!

Am out with Sheyan tonight so will have a few beers to celebrate (although he is asking for an early night as he’s a bit tired…….violins)

I dont have many Bashers email addresses anymore so please congratulate anyone i have missed off. Also not sure how to write a message on the wedsite/blog.

Poor Dipso….taxi driver will probably find the gear and think all the stuff is sex toys or something. Happy Bday anyway mate, at least we are the CHAMPIONS. Got into work late today; hilarious drunk messages on my phone this morning(that I sent). Responses were in Russian so getting translated now. Stats we need a match report for the ages. Go Bashers!

Well done boys, I got stuck in Jin Qiao for the whole day working. Will check tomorrow for Sheyan’s kit and jersey at Hong Qiao, but for now it’s not looking good. Sponsorship for the HK 6′s has been confirmed so get in there and see if we can do better than the Spoon semi loss of last year.
