    Pick Team Names – Win Beer

    LAST WEEK TO GET YOUR ENTRIES IN!

    It’s competition time!

    With the reorganisation of the SCC league system the Bashers will now have two competing teams (you’re all welcome to play for either/both)

    • The Santa Fe Premiership is a 40 over comp and supposedly of the highest level.
    • The Santa Fe Championship is a 25 over “2nd XI” comp which will be of a high level also.

    The point of this post though is to announce your chance to win beer. The old team names “league” and “20-twenty” are both inappropriate and a little lame so we’d like the Bashers to get thinking and come up with some cool new names for these teams. Something Basher-like, something catchy, something easy to spell. Bonus points for also having a name for  the Sixes side. Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

    Winning entry will get a case of delicious beer! (not to mention the prestige)

      This will be added motivation for people to play well and stay the league side. not sure I want to stride out into the middle for the the Pleasure Bashers. Sounds like a rival to the Blue Oyster Bar in Police Academy. but I like the direction of your thinking woody.
