To coincide with our intra-club day in the sun on the 19th we are pleased to announce the inaugural AGM of the Bashers Angry Wives Club. The Bashers boys will turn on some champagne and cheese as well as parading our sweaty bodies, what more could a girl want? All Wives, Girlfriends, Concubines & Kids are welcome and encouraged to come.

BASHERS!!! TONIGHT IS PRACTICE!!!! USUAL PLACE AND TIME. LAST WEEK WE HAD A GOOD TURN OUT WITH 8 PLAYERS POPING DOWN. LETS TRY SEE IF WE CAN BEAT THAT. ITS A NICE DAY OUTSIDE.

BASHERS!!!!!! Great evening last night, well done to those winning the comp. MAny tks to all of those who participated in our fund raiser and most importantly a very big thank you to Neal "Bird Shit" Watkins for his marvelous job as quizz master. Also another big thank to all those who made yesterday Big Day out possible.

Summer Trivia Fiesta Results

And shouting is over. This is not a post about State of Origin, that comes elsewhere. There was a lot of bravado and many disputes and at times the whole thing more resembled an Ice Hockey game than friendly competition. And why wouldn't it? There was prizes at stake, not to mention quite a few reputations after much crowing. In the end old hands Woodstock and the Chooks took top honours (a case of home-delivered just beer each) with ease. The tussle mid table was riveting and tense though as seen below.
